Another AMAZING week of learning from the children in Discovery. This week, the children have been busy becoming 3D shape detectives, investigating which 3D shapes would roll or slide down a ramp and becoming super amazing researchers to create minibeast fact files. We have learned about ‘doubling’, written shopping lists and instructions and had fun and got messy with our tricky word learning. On top of all this, we even had time to explore nature by making our own binoculars, design our own mazes and make origami butterflies. Jude helped make a birds’ table too 🙂

Another WOW week of learning from Discovery. We’ve learned about rhyming words, retold the story of Jack and the Beanstalk, learned that spelling practice can be fun too and, on top of all that, we are now whizzes at our number bonds to 10. We’ve made sky scanners and binoculars to become explorers of nature and have been extremely creative to make a family memory.
